Video Boob Jiggle (Tested a video effect)

I tried out a quick little video effect and made a girl bouncing her boobs. 

(The effect does it so you can quickly make something look cartoon like, it's a bit smeary, but that can be fixed if you put in more time, but this was just a very quick test and I think for the time it took it became rather decent)

3D tales and a big announcement
